One of my guests is selling his beach lot in Cerritos. It's not a fire sale, but he does want to sell quickly. The lot is located in a gated community

He is asking $350 for it, and he paid $600.

The four lane hiway from Cabo is under way big time and should be finished by next year once the road is done, land prices will double or triple

Cerritos is a community 45 minutes north of Cabo. Beautiful oasis. The Cerritos beach club is great place to spend a day watching the surfers or whales go by
